Patak's is a brand of curry pastes and spices now owned by Associated British Foods. The company supplies 75% of British curry houses with sauces and mixed spices, and sell ready meals to all the major UK supermarkets and other major retailers throughout Europe and North America.
We developed a website model which allowed the site to evolve over a 9 year period and included 4 generations of web design. In the websites we included dynamic content and video recipes, which allowed visitors to interact with the brand and learn how dishes were made.
Through data capture and email marketing we helped Patak’s learn about, and communicate effectively with their online customers.
Patak’s were able to promote brand awareness online and introduce new and existing customers to their wide ranges or products. We also advised Patak’s on road shows and how to mirror external campaigns through their own digital channels.
