Optimising sports marketing online
Optimum Sport is one of the leading suppliers of protective rugby wear and apparel. They supply to amateur and professional teams across the UK and have recently expanded into other sports such as football, tennis, hockey and netball and are currently looking at moving into other sports areas.
We were approached by Optimum and asked to look at their whole marketing strategy, online and offline.
We put together a proposal based on the style of the brand. We introduced a new tone of voice and strapline and rolled this out over a number of projects.
We designed and developed 3 new websites (team site, product site and microsite) supporting the new “totally committed” strap line and style of the brand.
The sites showed their ‘total commitment’ to their customers, to sport, to their sponsored rugby players and their products and featured blogs, diaries, videos and tips from many Super League players.
