Hospitality on the web!
Mitchells of Lancaster is a family run, northwest based business comprising of sixty pubs and five individual hotels, which vary from city centre venues and quality food houses to local pubs. The company has recently acquired York Brewery.
We designed, built and currently host Mitchell’s website. We built in full content management functionality giving Mitchells the ability to edit and manage promotions, offers and banners on the site.
We then designed and developed micro-sites for each pub and hotel, linking to the main site and allowing Mitchells to promote specific areas of each venue, such as menus, events, photo galleries and offers.
We also built bespoke, one-off landing pages for use with specific email campaigns and promotions, which allowed for data capture and management.
Online booking systems that we developed linked into these sites, allowing users to book online and synchronising with the offline system to update room availability in each hotel.
